Join Victoria and learn to breathe like Darth Vader! Find your inner heat and learn how to use your breath on and off the mat 😉
Sunday 31st July, 10am – 12pm, £15
Ujjiayi breath: aka victorious breath, this is an energizing and relaxing breath that can be done throughout your practice. The sound comes from gently restricting the back of your throat, we will explore a couple of different techniques to help you get to grips with before we explore how the yoga flow will feel with the breath.
This workshop will give you a little take away toolkit of yogic breathing for different occasions:
for anxiety
for energy,
for sleep,
for relaxation.
This workshop will also include numerous gentle asana’s (poses), which work with the breath to focus the mind and increase concentration, culminating with a yoga nidra practice.
£15 per person, this workshop is held at Health Hub Clinics, 16 High Street, Yarm.
