Sessions are specifically designed to combat the incredible stress you put your body through whilst competing and training.

Vicky teaches private 1-2-1s and small group classes for sports clubs. She is a seasoned athlete and competes at the highest level of club netball in England and credits her knowledge of movement and the body as the reason for having such a long sporting career at an elite level. Vicky trained for Sports Yoga with Sarah Ramsden, Yoga teacher for Manchester United and Manchester City.

She has been working in professional football with Middlesbrough Football Club since 2014, with the 1st team and the Under 18’s, and has previously worked with Olympic swimmers, GB rowing and Olympic track athletes.

Whether its individual sports like tennis, athletics, rowing or swimming, or team sports like netball, football, hockey and rugby. More and more athletes are making Pilates and Yoga a fundamental part of their training regime.
