Everyone is welcome, we’re running free taster classes all day.

Pilates and Yoga are for EVERYONE regardless of your age, size, gender and anything else we tell ourselves.


If you’ve been considering starting a class or you’re curious about how pilates and yoga might benefit you, we’ll have the right people on hand all day to discuss your needs.

9:45-10:15am – HIIT Pilates 

Do you want a challenging workout? Pilates with a bit of cardio?

This class is aimed at raising your heart rate and improving overall functionality, strength, mobility and stamina.

It combines core strength, balance and coordination with an energetic cardiovascular element, it’s the answer to many people’s search for a functional ‘feel good’ workout.


10:30-11:00am – GENTLE VINYASA YOGA

Gentle Yoga class, no previous experience or fitness is required but you need to be able to get onto your knees, stomach and back up again.

In this class we’ll start to lay down the foundations of Vinyasa (flow) and beginner asanas (poses), all abilities welcome.


11:15-11:45am – YIN YOGA

‘Slow and simple’ are the best ways to describe this class. Yin Yoga will help to calm and balance your mind and body using gentle and relaxing sitting and lying poses with bolsters and blocks for support. Each pose is held for between 1 and 4 minutes.


12:00-12:30pm – ASHTANGA YOGA

Ashtanga Yoga is a flowing, set sequence of postures that starts with Sun salutations and ends with some gentle back-bends and inversions. In between are standing and seated postures. With emphasis on breath awareness and continuous movement, it is suitable for all levels of yoga experience, even beginners.


12:45-1:15pm – BEGINNERS PILATES

Gentle class, learn the basic principles of Pilates and posture. Beginners welcome.


Interested in the Pilates Equipment classes using the Reformer, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, Pilates Chair and other small pieces of equipment?
