Join Rhiannon for a fun and friendly deep stretch working on the legs and hips, in the workshop you will learn different techniques and methods to get the most out of each stretch.
The stretch session will then be followed by a guided relaxation which to help promote better sleep.
This session is suitable for anyone to join.
You will need to bring:
• Blanket
• Pillow
• pen and paper if you would like to take notes
