6-Week Postnatal Pilates Course:
Strengthen, Rebuild, and Connect

This 6-week postnatal Pilates class is designed to help new mums rebuild strength, restore posture, and reconnect with their core, all in a supportive and relaxed environment. With a focus on gentle yet effective exercises, you’ll target the areas most affected by pregnancy, such as core stability, pelvic floor strength, and upper body mobility—all while improving overall flexibility and energy.
Babies who are non-crawling are welcome, you’ll have an extra mat next to you, creating a nurturing space where your little one can join you, but the exercises and attention are entirely on you.
Note: You will need to have had your 6-10 week check following delivery.
Spaces in class are limited to 10 people and this is available in-studio only, not online. If you miss any classes during the course they are non-refundable and can’t be carried onto the next course, but you may re-use your class credit in a regular beginners pilates class.
