Let go of your week with this 2-hour extended Yoga practice with Annabelle. Synchronising movement and breath, we will stretch out and build heat in the body, whilst challenging our strength and balance. You’ll leave feeling lighter, brighter and ready for the weekend.

This workshop is more than a just a standard class, it’s a curated, in-depth Yoga experience designed to immerse you fully in your practice.

 

Over the course of the 2 hours you will have the opportunity to:

* Explore advanced techniques, diving deeper into breath work and more advanced postures

* Receive individualised guidance, with extended time we can offer more personalised feedback and adjustments to enhance your practice

* Comprehensive learning, the longer format allows for an expanded exploration of Yogic philosophy where relevant, giving you tools you can integrate into your everyday life

* Relaxation and renewal, ending with an extended savasana to give your mind and body the time needed to fully unwind
