”Full Body – Stretch and Flex Workshop”
The workshop will start with a 30 minute Pilates warm up, moving onto a full body stretch, working on shoulders, waists, backs, hips, legs and feet. The room will be warm so bring a towel. The aim is to develop and increase your muscle and joint flexibility.
The class will finish with a cool down, including a breathing and relaxation practice followed by refreshments and the opportunity to chat, socialise and ask any questions about Pilates, the workshop and bodies in general.
What to bring
Bring a bottle of water, a small towel for your face/hands.
What to wear
Normal Pilates clothing is fine, avoid baggy or cotton clothing, as you will get hot during class. Footwear isn’t necessary.
Level
This workshop is suitable for all levels; modifications for exercises will be available as always depending on flexibility.
