Eco-luxury Pilates and Yoga Retreat – Mexico, March 2028

Hi everyone,

Over the last couple of years, I’ve been running retreats, bringing together movement, relaxation, good company and the chance to take a little time out from everyday life. And I love teaching them!

If you’ve ever fancied taking things a little further and combining that retreat feeling with a bit more adventure and holiday vibes, I’m teaming up with my friend Maricarmen from Yoga Culture for another special overseas retreat… so far we’ve been to Sri Lanka in 2025 and Spain in 2026.

And now we’re heading to Mexico in March 2028! 🇲🇽

Think Pilates and yoga, beautiful surroundings, time to relax, explore and experience a different culture, all while having the space to switch off and recharge.

A few practical details:

●When: March 2028, for seven nights 6th – 13th March.

●Where: Dora Jungle, near Tulum, Mexico.

●What’s included: Accommodation, food, airport transfers, Pilates, yoga and some lovely opportunities to explore the local area.

●Flights: Booked separately, so you can make your own travel arrangements.

●Payment plan: We have a staged payment plan to help spread the cost, the deposit is £500 and the final payment is in January 2028.
