Blindfolded Pilates. It will allow you think about what Pilates feels like rather than what it looks like. Have you ever closed your eyes during class? Come and join us for a morning of exploring Pilates in a different way, you will be tapping into your other senses and going deeper within. Without sight, self-judgement is removed and we can explore our own practice.
The entire class is done with a blindfold on, the eyes are the one sense that causes the most distraction for the mind, so what if we take sight out of it? What happens to our practice? Where does the mind go? Are you ready to explore?
The class will finish with a relaxation practice followed by refreshments and the opportunity to chat, socialise and ask any questions about Pilates, the workshop and bodies in general.
What to bring
You can bring your own scarf or blindfold or borrow one of ours.
