Pilates for mums – post-natal

This is a gentle class which will safely re-introduce exercise back into your life post birth, and is a great way to make new mum and baby friends.
Classes are also focussed on teaching practical ways to carry and pick up your baby safely minimising the risk of back, joint or muscle injury.
This is a new 6 week course suitable for mums. Post natal Pilates can help you to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles and deep abdominal muscles, both essential for a healthy back and good posture.
Classes will run on Wednesday’s 10:30am – 11:25am, a 6 week course is £60. Booking is essential as numbers are limited.
