Open Studios in Yarm

We have a beautiful studio space on Yarm High Street for Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi and Meditation and we want to share it with you.
I know it can be hard to incorporate your own regular practice at home with all the distractions you might find there, which is why I’ve set aside these 2 hours to create a space for you to continue or reignite your own practice. We have the time, the space and the equipment and all we need is you!
There’s no charge to come along and the sessions are self-led. There will be at least one teacher available if you have any burning questions about your practice or to give advice whenever it’s needed. The sessions will be kept small to allow a quiet space for those who want it.
You don’t need to bring a programme to work on, you might freestyle, you might stretch or just sit on a mat and meditate. There’s no agenda, you can stay as long or as little as you like, even if you don’t know any Pilates or Yoga, come along and move without any judgement.
For those of you who would like to come armed with a programme, we’ll be offering discounted 121’s with Rhiannon during the month of August and everyone will come away with their own personal programme to work on. 121’s with Rhiannon will have 20% off during August and will be £28. Duo’s (with a friend/partner) will also have 20% off during August and will be £40 (between both of you). Use the code 20%RHIANNON at the checkout or get in touch to enquire about availability.
Although the session is free, there will be a donation jar in the studio raising money for ‘The Cinnamon Trust, The National Charity for the elderly, the terminally ill and their pets’, a £1 donation per person is optional.
The Cinnamon Trust is a charity that’s very close to my heart, I’ve been registered as a volunteer with them for around 8 years, if you like dogs and walking its well worth getting involved. Not long after registering I was contacted by The Cinnamon Trust to see if I could walk Blondie for an 86 year old lady whose husband had passed away and needed extra help. Blondie was a lively 6 year old Labrador, I introduced her to my 6 month old lab and they became great friends, he would follow her everywhere and she really looked after him. My latest walking buddies are Timmy, a 7 year old Shihtzu and Rosie, an 11 year old Pomeranian.

We’ll be running the open studio sessions every Thursday 2:30-4:30pm in August, you can book here.   It’s FREE! 🙂
Teachers and students all welcome!
