New Yoga Classes in Saltburn!

The time has flown by and the Saltburn studio has now been open for almost 6 months! We’ve had some really positive feedback about classes and we’ve made some new additions we think you’ll like….
Starting from Thursday 5th September, 5:45-6:45pm Vinyasa Yoga
Often referred to as ‘flow yoga’, in this Vinyasa Yoga class you’ll learn to connect postures together with the aim of moving seamlessly and linking the movement with your breath. No two classes are ever alike. It’s a challenging class and if you’re completely new to Yoga, it’s a good idea to take a few classes in a slower style, such as Hatha, Yin or Beginners Yoga. If you’re fit and injury free or experienced in Yoga, and want to move at a faster pace, this is the class for you.

Starting from Saturday 3rd August, 8:30am – 9:30am August Ashtanga Yoga
This is a 4-week class over summer, 3/10/17/24 August.
Start your weekend with a fun, flowing class to develop a healthy body and mind. The Ashtanga sequence has the perfect balance of standing and seated posture work for strength and flexibility, and breath awareness for concentration and relaxation.
It is not necessary to be “fit and flexible” as this will build over time, but as this class is constantly moving, if you have an injury or painful condition, a gentle class may be more suitable to accommodate your recovery.

Starting from Thursday 19th September, 11:15am – 12:15pm Beginners Yoga Course, 4-weeks.
This is a 4-week course, but where spaces are available, you may use your class credits to book in.

Starting from Monday 2nd September, the 9:30am Yoga class will change to ‘Vinyasa Yoga’
And become a more challenging class, if you’re already attending, this is the style you have been practising.

Starting again in September – Friday, 9:30am – 10:30am, Beginners Hatha Yoga

Sunday 22nd September, 6:00-8:00pm Ashtanga Workshop with extended meditation, £15 per person

Aerial Yoga, 1:3 Private Class, Sunday 22/29 September, 6/13 October
4-weeks, £100 per person, 10% discount if you have a current class-pack or monthly direct debit.
