Go to ‘NEWS’ and every day at 6am the new session will be available to view.

What to Expect:

Each day at 6:00am the new session will be available on the Studio 21 app.

I’ll guide you through a short, effective Pilates session designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and feel amazing.

You just need a mat and a little space. The workouts will be beginner-friendly but still give you a great challenge, no matter your level.

How to Get the Most Out of it:

Show up each day and move with me (at a time that suits you!)

Listen to your body—modify when needed, but commit to finishing each session.

Share your progress—post in the comments or tag me so I can cheer you on!
