Free Calming Meditation

We’d like to share with you a free calming meditation featuring Jenni, one of our Yoga teachers from the Yarm Studio.

Jen’s soothing voice will take you through a peaceful guided body-scan relaxation, to help calm your nerves during times of stress. Ideal for the end of a yoga practice or just before bed.

It will bring calm and focus into any part of your day, and it’s under 20 minutes long.
