‘Slow and simple’ are the best ways to describe this class. Yin Yoga will help to calm your mind and body, using gentle and relaxing sitting and lying poses with bolsters and blocks for support.
Each pose is held for between 1 and 4 minutes.
A Yin Yoga class is for everyone, there are no limits on age, experience or mobility.
Soft blankets are provided for a relaxing and grounding meditation at the end.
