If you’re new to Yoga it’s always a good idea to start with a gentle class, you don’t need any previous experience but you need to be able to get onto your knees, stomach and back up again. In this class we lay down the foundations of Vinyasa (flowing, linked movements) and beginner asana (poses). All abilities and ages welcome. This class is sometimes listed as ‘Beginners and Improvers Yoga’ on the timetable.
