Hi Everyone,
As some of you are aware, we are making changes to our booking system. We are so excited to start using the system with you and are sure you will love it too! It will make booking and managing your classes so much easier!
Firstly, let me just reassure you, that if you attend a regular class and have expressed an interest to continue you will be re-booked into it, starting from May, you’ll just need to add your chosen payment method to your on-line account, accounts can be set up next week after receiving your invite.
Teamup invites
By the middle of next week you will all receive an email to invite you over to teamup. All you need to do is confirm your email address by clicking on the link within the email and save a password to secure your account. Keep your eyes peeled guys. If you haven’t seen one come through, keep an eye on your junk email…
If you attend the same class/es every week you can sign up for a Direct Debit, add a recurring booking for the class/es and that’s it. Nothing else to do (ever!) and you can manage any catch ups on-line yourself. I’d definitely recommend this as the easiest method, but if you look at the ‘Studio Payment Options’ table on the website (link is below) you’ll see which one works best for you.
Not ready to commit to a Direct Debit? No problem, buy a class pack of 6 or 12 classes and you still get to manage your payments and catch ups on-line. If you wish to make a recurring booking for the same class, this will need to be renewed every time your class credits expire to keep your place in the same class.
