Barre & Stretch Pilates Workshop

We’d love you to join us on Sunday 15th May, 10am – 12pm for a challenging and fun workout using the Barre.

The class uses a combination of postures inspired by ballet and the Pilates principles. The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements.
After the class, Rhiannon will guide you through a relaxation session followed by the chance to ask any questions about the workshop, Barre classes or Pilates in general.  Then we ask you to join us for some refreshing herbal tea and healthy snacks.
