Hello everyone,
Hope you are all having a good summer and enjoying this warm(ish) weather.
Remember that there will be no classes from 31st August to 5th September and we’ll be starting the new timetable from Monday 7th September.
In this newsletter you’ll hear about some new classes starting soon and Julie’s offer of a free class this Monday 24th August!!
Pilates Class Timetable
Tuesday
6pm Antenatal Pilates Starts 8th September for a 5 week course. There are still a few places, please contact the studio to book. £50
7pm Beginners and Improvers Matwork Starts 8th September for 6 weeks £42
8pm Beginners and Improvers Matwork, Starts 20th October for 6 weeks £42, we are taking bookings now for this class
Thursday
Starts 10th September – 6 weeks
9:30am Post-natal Pilates – starting 22nd September, get in touch to register your interest for this course
10:30am Intermediate Pilatesstick, £48
7pm Intermediate/Advanced Matwork £42 (This class will stay in it’s summer format for this course)
Friday
Starts 11th September – 6 weeks
9:30am Improvers/Intermediate Matwork £42
10:30am Intermediate Matwork
Saturday
Starts 12th September
8:30am Powestick Pilates – 6 weeks, £42
9:15am Antenatal Pilates – 5 weeks, £50. last few spaces available

Yoga with Jean
Have you always wanted to learn Yoga but couldn’t find the right teacher? Jean comes highly recommended by her students, Wednesday night Yoga takes place at the studio, 6.15-7.45pm. Jean’s classes are regularly fully booked so early booking is recommended!

This is a simple to follow small group session which will help to keep people of all ages functionally strong and flexible for everyday living, whatever your current fitness level. It is also invaluable for those who are aware that flexibility is a neglected component in their fitness regime, and includes learning how to take time out, relax the body and mind and help reduce stress.
