Prenatal Yoga

is about taking time to nurture yourself and your bond with your unborn child. Through the course we’ll help you to create a tool-kit that you can access whenever you need to relax or to ease the physical discomfort of pregnancy and labour.

The classes will include gentle poses, breath work, pelvic floor exercises and relaxation.

Once purchased, it’s important to book into the individual classes that you can attend (in-studio or online) in order to confirm your booking. 



Go to the ‘schedule’ on TeamUp and book into the in-studio or online classes that you will be attending, starting on 1st September.  If there’s a week that you can’t attend, book into the online class and let me know that you can’t attend and we’ll send you the class recording.  


I’d recommend downloading the free ‘TeamUp Members App’ to make managing your classes easier.  


Held at Studio 21 Saltburn and live online via Zoom

You’ll need to bring to class:
*A large blanket for relaxation
*Your own mat (don’t worry if you don’t have one, you can use a studio mat)
*2 clean pillowcases

If you miss any of the classes in the course we will send you the class recording.

The class is available to attend in-studio or live online, please double check the correct venue.
